What is a reasonable weight gain for 4 months?
Ok I need to bulk up some for basketball. Im 5 foot 10 inches 138 pounds. I would like to know how much would be a healthy but large weight gain ( bout 10 pounds of fat also) in 4 months. I have a pretty good diet and my workout doesn't have any actual WEIGHTS involved ( I dont have any) and is a rowing machine, jump ropes, push ups, jump squats, and some yoga. I'd like to be around 175 lbs but I don't know if this is reasonable. I'm not gunna overdo McDonald's or anything like that. Just wanna be a lot bigger to be more dominant. If you have suggestions on workouts this is all the equipment I have: rowing machine, jump rope, 10 lb dumbbells, 10 pound bar plus 130 pounds of weights. im poor so i cant afford anything else. Just please help as I am trying to overcome suicidal type depression about being slim
