My car is overheat. Please help!?

My Toyota camery is over heat. I have notice my cooling fans stop longer time compare with the same camery in a given time. I have replaced yhe cooling sensor and thermosat. Is there anything to do with the heater coil, or is it something else? Please help!! Thank you.
