I woke up at five in the morning and had a bowl of oatmeal. For a snack I had an orange, and then for lunch I had a 6 in subway sandwich and a cup of soup. Then I ran and had some more fruit with some more oatmeal. I only drink water. I'm two months pregnant and I feel like I'm bloated all the time even when I'm hungry, and even when I work out a lot I feel like I'm eating too much. Is this okay? I just need some reassurance that I'm not overdoing it.
