Is this overdoing it?

I'm planning to start weightlifting. I'm using a very light weight (I only have access to two 5-pound dumbbells), but I have 40 different exercizes planned that will incorporate my whole body. I plan on doing 2 sets of 10 reps for each exercize (for a total of 800 reps), every other day. Is this overdoing it?
