Something similar to the Banksy girl holding a balloon tattoo? ?

I'm looking to get a little girl tattooed on me to represent innocence and for my little cousin, I love the Banksy girl with the red heart balloon but I have read that its overdone; what other artists have similar work or what could I do to make this original? I was thinking maybe freesia flowers blowing off her hand because they represent innocence??
