Need help for megaman battle network 6 cybeast gregar!?

There is this one request that is really hard to figure out. this old woman lost her navi, and she wants you to find it. she says that she had a dream about it, and in her dream, she said that it always came face to face with a large horned skull. What's up with that? And how do i get ALL standard chips? Thanks a lot!!!!
