Are these cultist or just some kids joking around?

Okay, so I live on a somewhat large plot of land and behind my house there is some woods. Anyways, I took my dog for a walk back there and I found some creepy @$$ stuff. There where like 15 to 20 goat skulls tied by their horned to the lower branched of the trees and what looked to be a cleared off area. Also I found what seemed to be a candle that was half way melted. This isn't a joke and I really need opinions because if its a cult I'm reporting it.
