Im 14 5 8 139lbs ive lost 6pounds in a week & i was wondering if i over do it. i eat a fruit for breakfeast/water an hour later i run for 15min throug my neighbor hood and there are tons of hills & down hills i eat i have a waster/ham sandwhich whit some type of natural oat bread and a fruit/veggie sometimes veggie if have, 2hours later i run about 2-3miles on track have dinner normally healthy dinner veggies/fruit and water no soft drinks or juice. I was also wondering is fried chicken bad for me im just trying to get a flat stomach and im allready seeing big changes is losing 6lbs bad or good in a week? tthnx and tell me if im overdoing it or if my diet is good.
