My goat is bleeding from where the horn should be and he wont eat what does that mean?

my goat is only 5 weeks old (male) he was de horned when we got him so he isnt going to grow any horns and now where the horns should be it is bleeding and i went out to do his usual bottle feed and he wont take it what should i do or could you tell me if the bleeding is normal at least?
