My dog is recovering from parvo, why is he getting bloated in his breast area?

after all of our hard efforts, doc allowed me to start home treatment with my puppy. we are almost done with his last bag of subque fluids. and he has some minor bloating in his breast area. i just want to make sure im not overdoing it with the fluids. im doing exactly what the doc ordered, so what does this mean?
