you are not overweight...a lot of people have that when they sit down and they all have a normal BMI...and you should start eating more healthy things like negative calorie foods...they are not really negative calorie, you just burn more calories digesting them then there is in them some negative calorie foods for ex are: apples, oranges, pineapple, strawberries,carrots, lettuce, etc....and do what ever makes you happy, that's all that matters..
