Can someone answer some questions about these yugioh cards?

Dark armed is limited but comes in the 2010 collector tin and is pretty cheap now. Red eyes is about $7 and they just reprinted Light and Darkness as a promo so it's about 4-5$ now. Victory dragon Is banned.
